MANAGEMENT

Management responsibility and strategic planning for TRAAG rests with Stuart Hamon. Stuart’s efforts are guided by the extraordinary financial and trade operation experience represented in TRAAG’s Board of Directors. Moreover, Stuart is supported by management experienced in all phases of the banking, finance and securities trade operations. This team represents decades of hands on experience and relationships in global institutional securities trade operations.

Stuart Hamon, LLD, ACIB, Managing Director

Stuart is an accomplished lawyer in both the United Kingdom and United States. Further, he is a member of the American Bar Association and holds a Ph.D. in International Law. Still further, he is a qualified private banker with over 30 years of experience in financial and legal banking consultation. Concurrently, Stuart has worked closely with sovereigns, private, corporate and institutional clients as an experienced advisor. Stuart has extensive background in international capital structures, investment funds, structured finance, private equity, trust and foundation establishment, IP registration, global property markets, cross border transactions, as well as securities and commodity trading.

 

Stuart has direct experience as a principal in the operations of businesses including securities and commodity trading company operations; flowing from successful businesses ventures including a Management Consultancy headquartered in the U.A.E. and a Financial & Fiduciary services provider headquartered in Switzerland. Additionally, Stuart has been engaged as Managing Director of several international fiduciary and trading concerns.

Ronald J. Ninowski “Nino”, Director

Mr. Ninowski is uniquely qualified in the management of assets for sovereign governments; specifically related to financial assistance for humanitarian aid, infrastructure development, redevelopment and economic based projects that provide employment and training. Mr. Ninowski attended Michigan State University with concentrated studies in Economics and Finance. Mr. Ninowski has an extensive investment banking background with an expertise in the identification and negotiation of funding opportunities including, but not limited to debt placements, corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions and monetization of advanced-technology. Mr. Ninowski is experienced in providing assistance in all phases of institutional investment and has represented clients in providing financial consultation and expert testimony for financial institutions related to the valuation and debt restructuring. Mr. Ninowski has further functioned as a court appointed Chief Financial Officer in restructuring situations.

 

Mr. Ninowski is considered an expert financial architect for the creation of exit strategies for strategic technology research and development projects that are in the interest of national security. Mr. Ninowski has been involved with the creation of structures for the funding of companies to such ends, including those requiring registration pursuant to the United States securities laws governing Initial Public Offerings; Reg. D and Reg. A Offerings; Bond Underwriting; Credit & Insurance Enhancements with the United States Securities & Exchange Commission.
